Roncalli College Swimming Sports Day

Monday 9 February 2026 – CBay Outdoor Pool = 8:30am – 3:20pm 

I hope you are all looking forward to our Swimming Sports for 2026!

ALL students must make their own way to CBay Outdoor Pool by 8.30am (outside the pool standing on the grass bank where rolls will be taken). If you are unable to make your own way to the pool, please register your name at the College Office by Thursday 5 February and you will be transported to and from school. 

What to bring: 
• Students are to dress in house colours 
• TOGS!! TOWELS (please note all swimwear must be appropriate) 
• Warm clothing / Blanket ~ Be Prepared for all weather 
• Large Lunch / Water bottle 
• Sun Hat / Sunscreen (Slip, Slop, Slap & Wrap) 
• NO body paint or face paint 

Important Note: 
• The Roncalli Swimming Sports Day is a full school event, and we encourage student participation.
• All students remain onsite for the duration of the event.
• Students must be responsible for their own personal belongings. Leave your valuables at home. 
• No Cellphones
• Students will be allowed to leave from the venue at the end of the day. 
• Students are not allowed to purchase anything from the café

Championship entries have been taken at school and ALL non-championship swimmers will enter on the day.

All non championship swimmers will wear a house group coloured wrist band, these will be given out in the morning. Championship swimmers will not wear coloured wrist bands.

Students competing in championship swimming can also compete in non championship races, but they will not get any house points for the non Championship events.

Any postponement will be on the Roncalli Facebook/Instagram page and an email will be sent to parents/students. The postponement date is Monday 16th February 2026.
Parents and Caregivers are welcome to attend the event. Races will begin at 9am.
